CONCEPT
The subject of the study is a project aimed at revitalising a fragment of dolomite mine in Silesian Bobrowniki.
It is located in Bytom, close to the North border of Tarnowskie Góry.
The idea of the project is to make the area more aesthetic and functional.
Currently, the place covered by the study is neglected. Moreover, access to this place is difficult and partly dangerous. The greenery within the mine needs care and attention to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
The place should be beneficial not only for tourists but also for locals. The aim of project is to
make every group of visitors have something for themselves. Ecologists can do research work, students can have lessons on the open area, locals/tourists will have the possibility to participate in outdoor cinemas or lectures. To make sure that area will always be safe and looked after, a small security building would also be installed. The study aimed at a careful selection of vegetation, in order to bring out the specific nature of this wild, natural landscape.

The specific character of the space means that vegetation selection is of the utmost importance.
Important aim of the project is to create an area that is unique for this Silesian location.
